Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via USPS.

All orders take a standard 10 business days to process, not including weekends or holiday regardless of method of shipment elected. The customer will receive an email with their tracking information once the order has been processed and shipped.

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS.

PREORDER ITEMS: If your order contains a PREORDER item, we will not be shipping your order seperately. We will ship all items in the order that your preorder item is in.

Please verify that you are submitting the correct delivery address, we are not responsible if your package is delivered to the wrong address.
